How does our service work?
CTRS picks up the consolidated or palletized equipment at the customers location. Acceptable equipment includes PCs, monitors, laptops, CRTs, keyboards, printers, scanners, modems, PCI/ISA cards, networking telecomm and hand-held devices.
CTRS transports the equipment to our facility.
CTRS records all asset information serial number, machine/model, date, and pick-up location.
CTRS wipes all data, completely disassembles each component, and segregates the elements of the device, such as electronic components
(CPU, memory chips, etc.), aluminum, glass, copper wiring, plastics, tubes, circuit boards, and other individual parts into bins for resale.
CTRS provides the customer with a certificate of recycling in accordance with EPA regulations and a full report, which specifies the individual assets that were collected, when, and where.
Peace of mind is that simple. And inexpensive. CTRS fees are generally half the price of our closest competitors. Freight is included, which is often the unknown and expensive variable with conventional salvage companies.
